Non-Returnable Situations

- Any item that matches the original order
Return Request Process
If you believe you have received the wrong item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Resolution
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:
- Provide instructions for returning the incorrect item, and
- Send you the correct product at no additional cost

- Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
